I am a former Te Roopu Taurima staff member. What do I do?
Fill in the form on the register your interest page. We will check your details against our records and email you a secure link to provide your payment details.
I never received the email with the secure link
Please check your spam / junk folder. If it is not there after five working days, email remediation@terooputaurima.org.nz with your full name and date of birth.
The secure link says it has expired
Links expire after 72 hours for your security. Please register again and we will issue a new link.
I don't have my IRD number to hand
You can find your IRD number on payslips, the Inland Revenue website (ird.govt.nz), or by calling Inland Revenue on 0800 227 774.
Is this safe? Why so much information?
We are bound by the Holidays Act 2003 and the Income Tax Act 2007 to pay you correctly, which requires your IRD number, tax rate, and KiwiSaver settings. The bank details and ID copy are used to confirm we are paying the right person, into the right account. See our Privacy Statement for full detail.
